Remove a catalog entry (centryremove_all_confirm)

`Description'

The record from the catalogued table designated by the row parameter is removed from the catalogued table. All the links to this record in the current catalog are removed, including the link in the current category.

`name (mandatory)'

Unique name of the catalog.

`id (mandatory)'

The rowid of the category that will contain the new symbolic link to another category.

`row (mandatory)'

The primary key of the record from the catalogued table.
