Browse alphabetical catalog root (calpha)

`Description'

Display the root page of the alphabetically ordered catalog. This page contains one entry for each letter and digit. This entry is associated to an hypertext link if there exists records in the catalogued table. The number of records founds for each letter is displayed next next to the letter. The count associated with each letter is recalculated every 24 hour. There may be differences between the count shown in this page and the actual records shown by the Browse alphabetical catalog action.
